Why used?  I saw a bag of 50 balls at Cold Storage/Giant today.  I don't recall how much they were but I don't think they were expensive.

If they must be used, try reaching out to one of the local pros.  Two of them are Justin Wu & Jason Bartlet.  They may have old balls they're looking to get rid of.

New or used, that's fine by us. We just wanted to buy a lot of balls (without buying really expensive packs of 3) because my husband wants to take our 4-year old son down to the tennis court and practice shots.

If you go down to Queensway shopping centre you should be able to get tennis balls pretty cheaply, lots of sports shops.
