ExpatSingapore - Abandoned dogs

Hello All!

First of all-- a huge thank you to everyone who responded in so many
ways to my email. From interested adopters/fosterers, to those
willing to volunteer, to those who simply passed the email along to
friends. The message became the "Little Email That Could!"

The rescuers have set up a blog with information on the rescue and on
what they need. *Please note that there are no puppies! Also-- since
many of the dogs are currently quite ill, they need people who are
willing to take on that responsibility. Please see the link below:

They have also set up an email address to accommodate inquiries. They
have volunteers manning this address, and they will get back to
everyone, although again, please be patient! Please do not SMS or
call Derrick now, even though that was my original instruction. Due
to so much coordinating on the part of the rescuers, emailing the
address below is the best course.

For those of you who were interested in helping, but who cannot take a
dog at this time, I was just told that they do need money to cover vet
costs. Again, please use the email address to find out more about
that.

I am happy to continue to assist any of you, but please remember that
I am not central in this rescue effort-- I simply have been trying to
help spread the word about these dogs' needs.
