It's an evolutionary need.  To be reproductively successful males need to have many potetial mates.  Modern humans are descendants of male and female ancestors who were successful reproduces.  The sexual behaviour of males and females today are the result of reproductively successful behaviours that have been selected for over the history of the species.  For a male, with his capacity to reproduce (it only takes few minutes), number of matings would have been a critical factor.  Some males would have succeeded in fathering many offspring but others may not have produced at all (because females would have been choosy).

My reading of your responces is that you think more money means I am paying for sex or at least abusing my financial position to attract women. Nothing could be further from the truth. You don't seem to able to comprehend that my life could be more enjoyable and more fun now that when I was in my 20's unless my 20's were spent in virtual solitude. I am looking forward to my 50's, I've a number of friends in that age bracket who've retired and have a great life, living where they want and doing what they want without being restricted by working.

I think too many other posters here are reacting to the obvious wind ups regarding rentals.

If you do want to sleep around you can do it easily here (without having to use hookers), that style of life doesn't suit me but I'm no hermit either.

I did have fun in my 20's, lots - 2 degrees (lots of student parties and sports), a good job at which I worked very hard, lots of social events
I had fun in my 30's raising my family
I am having fun now in my 40's, more than before, job and career is settled and established, kids are grown up, new horizons
