Hi all,

I am looking at an apartment at Laguna Green on the East Coast. Seems nice, all one level, nice pool, etc. Does anyone have any experiences of this Conda (good, bad or otherwise)? I am working at Changi Business Park, so locations is good. Intend to send kids to Aussie School - not sure of distance / time taken to get there? Is there a school bus? Is the Condo family friendly? quiet, loud etc?
Anyway - any and all comments would be appreciated.

we used to live there and found the place OK - it is a handy location...

one thing not too good. was that one unit was rented out to three/four  " working " girls who would arrive back in the early hours and flounce out again early evening....
