Anybody can tell me whether it is worthwhile to buy a property in Yio Chu Kang area ? I viewed several units in Sunrise Garden and the Calrose condo , nice enviornment , very residential . Not sure whether Yio Chu Kang is the right area to invest on a property ?

The Calrose is a nice development, but its location is not ideal as it is not close to basic shopping centre or MRT.
