My son will have his 'L' plates soon in Melbourne, but can't sit his licence till he is 18 and has accumulated 120 driving hours.  If he moves to Singapore, can he continue to drive or is the age limit higher?

The age to begin learning to drive or having a licence is 18 in Singapore. If he's still under 18. no go.
