I'll keep away from the ang mohs working here as most are players anyway..and higher chance of looking for "friends with benefits" ang mohs in their own country are much better behaved  Grin

Well, that MD and the staff who had that affair and got found out has did massive damage to their personal and professional reputation. Sure it will not be long before both of them "resign to pursue other interests". Singapore is a very small place.

Investment banking takes hard work and potentially pays well. I can totally understand how someone who doesn't really want to put in the effort choose to take the easy way out and sleep with the boss to get bigger bonuses and get away with not doing work.

I hope things are better for you now. If not, do see a lawyer. Singapore has not signed the Hague Convention yet but (according to my lawyer) could be acted on retrospectively. I am also in the process, I never thought it would be so hard to leave.
