Just wanted to know if someone knows. I couldn't find any information on google about this, and I'm kind of 50/50 about this so I'm reluctant to phone ICA/MOM about it. I'm being offered a part time job during weekends, teaching technical courses. Anyone knows how legal is this for a PR?

As pr can take any job you like or multiple jobs even.

It shouldn't be a problem, just check your contract if you like your current job. Many state you can't work anywhere else without permission from your employer.

great. thanks for your replies. The company I work for doesn't really worry me, I'll just ask nicely and that's that. It's sing.gov that gives me second thoughts all the time.
