My daughter who is 18 years old is a PR and off to college in the US for the next 4 years. When she turns 21 she will in the US and I understand that she will need to apply for her PR/Re-entry permit on her own standing? MOM was a bit vague in an email that she should apply using her Singpass while she is overseas. Not sure what the cirtieria will be for her application. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks
