Addressing this to especially those who applied for EPEC and got through.  Smiley

I have scanned my original marksheets, transcripts and passport pages which I would be asked to upload after I apply. I have resized them according to the specifications on the MOM website.

My question is:
Should I upload the original scans or should I take a copy of the documents, get them certified as "True Copies", scan them again and then upload them since that is what the words are on the website?

The website says:

Documents Required
These documents and information are required for Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate applications:
   1. Certified true copy of tertiary academic qualifications, transcript or professional qualifications
   2. Copy of a skilled migrant visa (if applicable)
   3. Photograph of the applicant (passport-sized and taken within last three months)
   4. Personal particulars page of applicant’s passport/travel document

Has anyone uploaded the documents lately? Can you please guide me?

Thanks,
Kunal.

I have done previously, first time I uploaded scan of origin certificate education and transcript, after about 1 week I got reply from MOM asked me to upload translate of my certificate and transcript to english then I uploaded it...after that about 1 month my EPEC had been approved.

I just uploaded the original scans and this seemed to work fine, they had a bit of an issue about me not having used my middle name at uni i.e. same as passport, but once this resolved it came through in about 5 or 6 weeks.

If it does go wrong for any reason just try again, good luck!

If your documents are in English, just scan and upload them - worked for me.  They will ask you to produce the originals when you get fingerprinted in Singapore.

If the docs are in any other language, get a certified translation.

Wow! Thrilled to see all the replies. I was checking the forum continuously after I asked the question and was disappointed to see no one replying.

Thanks Yands, Kass & phoenixrises for your replies. Appreciate it!  Smiley
