German market place on Bukit Timah Road has quark as does the Swiss Butchery.  I have bought quark at both.

Quark in a pizza?  Never heard of it being used that way, but I would love to get the recipe.

I remember my grandmother making Kaesekuchen with Quark - absolutely brilliant!!  Anyone with a recipe for that?

Thanx for your replys unfortunately it's to late for me to get the quark now, but at least i know where to get it the next time.

I was making a pizza with pitta bread as the base, with quark, spinch and feta cheese with various other ingrediants its a weight watchers recipie.

You can also get it at the Olli's & Ulla's - another German supermarket at Jalan Binjai Park.
