When I first came to Singapore on a DP, I set up a sole proprietorship and got a Letter of Consent to do freelance work.
I am now a PR - can I just freelance as an individual? Or do I need to still set up a company?

As pr no need.
However may want to look at it anyway as could be more tax efficient and limits your liability.
