How many people remember that Diana, Princess of Wales died today?
Does it matter?

I had heard that the first sign of madness is talking to oneself, I wonder if that holds if its on a chat room  Cheesy

BTW.  I didn't remember that it was the anniversary of Princess Diana's death today but I clearly remember what I was doing and where I was when I heard about it on the news.

Yes fool  Grin - not today! Yesterday in 1997.
Maybe it doesn't matter - Dodi Al-Fayed died with her.

I'll never forget where I was when this happened.  I was at the Jersey shore partying down in someone's house (it was evening EST USA) and then the news hit....all the girls in the place were shell-shocked and were no longer in the mood to party...some of them even starting crying!

Why OH WHY did this have to happen then?!?!?  Wink

Never understood the adulation she received.  Sort of like Paris Hilton except she (Diana) was married to a famous person - and was reported to be a virgin when she married him.

Though I did have a dog named after her!

I didn't give much thought to it then and certainly not now.  Sad that they (it wasn't just her) died in a traffic accident.  Such things happen every day, unfortunately.
