Hi

I was wondering if anyone has installed insect screen in their house or apartment and find it effective?

We get a lot of mozzies in our apartment and my children are bitten almost everyday!  I have tried buying the mozzie zapper ( Novita ), the sonic sound device but they don't seem to work and was a waste of $150!.  Not only are the bites uncomfortable for the children but I'm paranoid about dengue fever.

I'm now desperate and looking at installing the insect screens.  However, since we are only renting, I'm a bit hestitant of forking out $1000  ( this is how much it will cost to install screems for 4 windows ) unless I know that it will be at least 90% effective.

Advice please.

Thank you

We have insect screens on our windows also, has been worth the peace of mind.  I have ones which I can take off and wash in the washing machine and just put back on as they have velcro fastenings.
Think of what a doctor/hospital visit would cost easily a few hundred dollars initially... the screens are worth it.

If you put peaceon and sg into google you should find them.  Quoting is done by formula so it is straight forward and up front
