2nd time round and never happier

This is a positive thread, so no idea how it's going to go down on this site!  I just wanted to share one of the happier stories! My marriage broke up about 3 years ago, and, contrary to what everyone told me about never being able to find a new relationship here in Singapore, I did, and have never been happier.  It IS possible for Caucasian women to meet Caucasian men here - not all of them are wanting Asian women who are 20 years their junior.  Just wanted to share some good news - there are some wonderful men out there, ladies!

I could've written the original post. My marriage fell apart three years ago too. I have found a new partner, after being told the odds were stacked well against me, and have never been happier.

There are LOTS of men in Singapore who actively seek out Western women. They probably just don't post on this site much.

3 years on and we're still blissfully happy so I guess we've done well at keeping each other so far!  Maybe second time round we're both a bit more appreciative of how lucky we are...

Aren't getting someone and keeping someone different things whether it's the first or second time? Not sure why it's a bigger predicament for the OP than anyone else. Or that the OP would not be aware that a marriage takes work.

Sheesh, some people really love to rain on other people's parade, don't they?
