WHAT POSTER??? and HOW do you find the photos on Flikrr???  Would be helpful if you could provide some search/tag terms.

The poster at the top of the thread.........how can you not see it, it's the first posting on this thread and has a picture of a dog and a cat on it!!!!

It says "Shelter Closing" and if you read it, it has all the info you need - no need to be a mind reader 

You type the link for flickr into your search engine (or copy and paste if you can do that - I couldn't so I had to type it all in).

I have been following this thread and can tell you that the image in the original post hasn't appeared for my browser until just now. Apparently this tech problem has affected others as well. I think given the fact that there are 3 separate posters asking the same question might be the give away.
