Hi - we are looking to rent at a 3 bed in this complex. We have 2 small kids, 1.5 and 3.

Our reasons for shortlisting is that we want something fairly central, close to MRT and supermarkets with decent children's playground, pool and gym.  It seems to tick all the boxes and the rent is reasonable for the area as it's a fairly "old" condo.

Keen to hear views from those living there or who have lived there.  Especially whether you feel the place is family friendly, plenty of kids around in the pool/playground in the afternoons etc...?

We have had one agent (not the one who showed us this complex) tell us that it is mostly singles and couples but as usual I'm wary to believe alot of what I'm told by these guys...

Its not that close to the supermarket and MRT especially with two young children. There are others much closer to Novena MRT and supermarkets.

I have learned in my years here not to listen to agent drivel who will steer you to slow moving hard to rent stuff.  I dont know of that condo but you have probably figured out by now that you are far smarter and know more than what most agents know.
