Hi, missed the roast chicken sold in Woolworths Australia.  Does anyone have a recipe that approximates the taste of this dish? Thanks.

I think the best way to replicate it would be to start with a rottiserie (sp?).  I know they did some lovely herb ones and also one with a lemony tang too.

The one I miss is the herbed one.  There's a recipe on Woolworths' website so I think I will try that.

Womens Weekly cookbook has a good 'ol Aussie roast chook recipe. That shop down at HV has a good range of WW cookbooks.
