I know I am in Singapore but does anyone know if I can buy goose fat here for the Christmas lunch roast veges?  I do not want to cook a goose (hate it) and have to render down - but can I just buy the fat (as you can in the UK - and yes I know I am not in the UK...)  Huh

Thanks

Would you believe it, even NTUC Fairprice (Finest) had some this morning at Marine Parade.  $14 for a tin, at the deli counter.

Isn't Singapore great these days - I can remember when you had to go to 'specialist' expat supermarkets to buy cheddar cheese!

Found it!  Thank you everyone for the helpful posts.  I'll be back on here boxing day asking for tips on how to get rid of all the weight I put on on Christmas day  Grin
