When we were looking last year, there were some nice looking apartments at Loyang Valley which seems like a good place to live and a good price too, the downside being that it's a bit isolated - it has a bus route and is close to Changi Village but there's not a lot around the condo itself.  If you have a car however it might suit you.  There was a 4 bed available with a study going for around $4K at the time so I'm sure you could get a smaller one for the price you're looking for.

In the end our LL dropped the price of ours by $1K so we stayed put, but Loyang was definitely looking like a good option for a while.

Don't you watch ChannelNewsAsia? Huh

no one does

Yeah, you get all your news from Kubes.com. Cheesy

Yeah, because that's obviously the only other choice.... in your world.
Your obsession with him is definately gay, but also borderline stalker.

anyway, good luck with that.

Kubes.com would say, your father is a gay and your mother a lesbian. You like? And that is by quoting other people's opinion without first hand experience on and on and he would say I like you, that is why I do it..

He is big enough and does not need a crony like you to speak for him..

Gays/lesbians are what they are and it's their life. I am not saying that's bad or good, only about the truth of what is said.

Kubes.com posted a report on what should be done with Singapore and he hasn't responded beside plunking it in the forum.

Feel free to speak on behalf Kubes.com..
