My daughter is off camping soon, and needs to take food to last for a few days.  As she has to carry it, has anyone got any suggestions as to where we can buy some freeze dried food or even that soya mince stuff(ie bolognaise) that you just add water to and then heat up?

She is taking some noodles, but they also have to take something a little more nutritious too.

Thanks.

A friend of mine goes camping and takes food which has been vacuum sealed in little pouches, such as soup and reheats them in boiling water.  She makes these up herself. Sorry can't be more help.

There are a couple of camping/outdoor shops in that mall in Novena (it's called Velocity or something).  they're the only places I can think of that might have something like this.
