Hello

I am looking at condos in singapore right now and I love the new condos around River Valley but I am worry that may be empty buildings so harder to meet people.
Do you know how quickly these condos get busy?

Have any of you seen the Trillium or Cosmopolitan?  what do you think?

Thank you
Ana

Can't help with the condos you asked about but I wouldnt much about not meeting people because they are empty. Apart from perhaps mothers with small kids I really dont think people end up making friends of their condo neighbours. Most people might be up to exhanging pleasantries with a few neighbors but that's about it

Hi, do you like noise? I've not been into these condos but i know the area well, this is a very noisy area due to river valley and kim seng road... If you live like Singaporeans with aircon on 24/7 and windows closes, thats fine... If you can afford those $$$ condos, why dont look a little further away, say Carribean for example, or bukit timah area... More low rise, green, ...

The Trillion - A friend went to see this condo the unit she saw had two balconies one looking at McDonalds at Great World the second overlooked construction also rooms were pretty small.

The Cosmopolitan - A friend stays here in a 4 bedroom nice spacious unit but pretty expensive.

The Trisara - Further down the river have heard it is really noisy the nights that Zouk is open.

Rivergate- Family friendly would suggest you have a look.

The Quayside- Older units not loads of kids .

River Place - A large condo loads of kids always busy at the pool

The Pier - Too small for families

The Imperial -  Also worth a look

Hope this helps

OP, there are hundreds of condos here and your initial post is very vague, what are your priorities?

budget,
location,
meet people (you or your kids ?)
noise / greenery
