I'm trying to follow a recipe which requires buckwheat flour. I found some wholemeal buckwheat flour, but it is too heavy for the recipe.
Has anyone seen where I can get the normal (not wholemeal) buckwheat flour.

i remember seeing in Fairprice. Not sure if they are wholemeal or normal though.
