Hi, trying to post this for a second time. What is everyone's impression of the Hutchison Port IPO? Great assets, leveraged to CHina, though I doubt if Beijing will grant them any more port concessions on the mainland. The price range looks a bit on the high side and the yield isn't up to some Singapore REITs. Still, there aren't many listed port operations in this part of the world.

yes, the IPO's offer price is on the high side. taking a leaf fm its owner Li Ka-shing's own book, he made much of his fortune through opportunistic investments during various times of market crisis, therefore one can invest in this port trust, but only during times of general market turmoil
