im confused as to whether the advertised rates are weekly or monthly? they never seems to specify!

850 dollars, 500 dollars deposit. im looking for rent a room for a whole year, im 25

who are the types of people who tend to rent rooms?

btw, is it common in singapore that old people rent rooms too? property prices are so expensive, and i wonder whether the unfortunate fews rent rooms to save money
