I am looking for rock salt ( with pinkish hue).  Does anyone know where I can get it?  I have very little spare time because of long work hours at the moment so I can't go all over town to the supermarkets or shops.

The rock salt ( half teaspoon, mixed with water ) helps to alleviate nocturnal muscle cramps in the legs almost within 5 minutes. I did use common salt and it does work in some way but I'd rather get the right kind of salt.  From my research, muscle cramps indicate a shortage of sodium, potassium and magnesium.  I've got the other supplements except for this rock salt.  Thanks a lot for your help.

The only pinkish rock (or was it coarse) salt I've come across is the Himalayan kind which I found in Mustafa.

Not sure if it will work as well as rock salt, but I have seen Maldon sea salt at various Cold storage stores
