I'm womdering if anyone has done / or knows the process of transfering ownership of a motorcycle.

Who is it tranfered through?
How much is the fee?
Do expat drivers need a Singapore motorcycle licence to be insured?

All contructive comments welcome.

Transfer the COE through the LTA. You will need your Passport and also the previous owners Passport or IC (Original) to do this. The fee is S$75.
If you have a valid international motorbike licence this should be enough although you will need to get a Singapore licence within 1 year of coming to Singapore. Check with the LTA though.
