Where is a good place to get all the basic or advanced baking equipment in Singapore? Is there a one-stop shop for that?

ToTT on Dunearn Rd caters to the home market, and is pretty comprehensive. There are also four (at last count) stores on Temple St in Chinatown (Kreta Ayer) that cater to the professional trade. Sia Huat is probably the largest and nicest, but also the most expensive. The other store a few doors down from them is almost as well stocked, and a bit cheaper.
