But the OP said he works in "transportation and logistics", not banking.  The only industry I've seen where one finds or profusion of "Assistant Vice Presidents" and "Vice Presidents" is banking.

Is 1800K basic ok for a fresh grad? I work as a construction superintendent.

We pay SG poly dimploma holders 1700-1800/mth.  I think university graduates would get 2000 or more, generally.  Having said that, the market determines what employees are worth.

1800K is actually 1.8 million dollars. Is that per month or year?

Anyway I would only take that package if you could get 6 weeks of vacation.
