Hi, I'm interested in taking lessons in the art of Japanese culinary skills.

I'd be happy to go to a 'class' or have private lessons too!

Any ideas?  Thanks a lot.

There are a few Japanese cooking courses running at the CC's here.

Do a search for japanese on http://pa-online.pa.gov.sg

my receipe, way of creating is kind of home cooking, and some are like survival cooking of jp.
means that to live outside of jp,  sometimes hard to get ingredients and
anywhere else  japanese food is very expensive!
try finding same taste in local area as much as possible(e.g, use sweet thai chili sauce).
it is depends on what kind of cooking you are looking for.
probably you have favorite jp food?
