My missus wont live down under. Refuses to. Thinks singapore is infinitely better.
At least one of you has brains
and it sure isn't her !
But is the missus migrate down under, it will be a win-win situation - both Singapore's and Australia' average IQ will go up.
Judging by your grammar, singapore's would skyrocket upon your departure.

If living with your inlaws is bugging you, the logical thing to do is to move out.

What bubble?
Prices are only going up in line with inflation at the moment.

The bubble you agents are creating. It will go bang soon and you agents will be out of a job. The more it inflates, the bigger bang it makes.

If you get a good deal on land here, you stand to make a killing if you can get local labor to do the job. The construction costs here are tiny compared with the land. I say go for the land and do it.
