3rd times Employment pass Rejected

I have recently graduated from my University in Malaysia.(Month of May 2011) I got an job offered from Singapore company as a "Web developer" offering 2800SGD . I really wonder why I'm being rejected while I'm able to give all the required documents.

1st time being rejected:
Not able to give proper "certification letter".
Reason behind:  I have my internship as last semester and school not able to give a certification letter yet due to result not updated from my faculty. During submission of the letter, I given a letter stated that I'm final year student and my internship was the last subject and it will be until May 2011.

2nd time being rejected:
Was again "certification letter".
What I did this time: My HR told me to try by chance ~ to write a letter of appealing for school saying that I pass all subject and the only left is internship. The letter has been certified by my faculty dean and yet still rejected.

3rd time being rejected:
EDIT: Just being notify from my HR saying the reason is because my school name on the transcript does not match with the application. What's the difference on below:
Uni XXX, Melaka Campus (Option from the online application)
Uni XXX (On my transcript without the "Melaka Campus")
And secondly, my college name has changed just right after I graduate upgrading from college to university. Again in the online application it was college blablabla while my certification was college university blablabla....

What I did  Finally I got a letter from school "Awards of degree letter" and I submit this to MOM again and hope that was eligible for the certification letter since it is nicely said that I'm graduated from this UNIVERSITY... However it still fail aizzz

Guys and girls what do you think I'm being failed for applying my Employment pass for 3 times. I suppose there will be a solid reason for me who really has the initiative to start my career and advancement in Singapore.
What should I do now ??

Speak to MoM face to face, highlight what has happened and ask what else you can do

Read the signs, it says you are not wanted. There has been a considerable tightening of EPs

Maybe they think you're a brit ? THay would be understandable grounds for rejection.

try to apply elsewhere, there are plenty of other countries like in Europe that are in desperate need for web programmers. A reject in Singapore is not the end of the world.

So you will be missing out on laksa but I think all things considering that should be OK.

It was obvious you faked your education. MOM wasnt born yesterday.
