I just read that Singapore has missed the SARS-free deadline with a new case of SARS being reported.  I've heard conflicting reports on whether the coutdown will start from the beginning or from May 11th.  Anyone have any info regarding this?
I'm concerned about getting some of my colleagues over here for an ongoing project. As long as the WHO keeps Singapore on their tier-2 list, the company won't let them go.

If this turns out to be a cluster..ie the man has infected others...then it will take up to two weeks from the time he infects each person...for their possible symptoms to appear...so until each person he has come into contact with has been traced, quarantined and tested...the WHO cannot even begin to look at a new date..
