I currently holding an Employment Pass and working in one of the local company in Singapore.
i know that not working in any other occupation or for any other employer other than that stated in the work permit card.
1. I currently holding EP, is it the law above can apply to EP holder?
2. My job title in EP is IT Support Executive, but beside my IT job (20%), I was assigned by my boss to do others jobs which is not related to my job title (80%), such as:
i. Take care all building infrastructure: Elevator, Air con, Alarm system, Interior design.
ii. Bring bulk cash to bank daily, amount from few thousand to few hundred thousands.
iii. Many and many ad-hoc jobs.
Is it my employer breach the MOM rules, what should I do beside report to MOM?
I have signed 3 yrs contract with this employer, if I breach this contact, I need to pay 3 month of my salary as compensation. When I time I signed the contract, my boss refuse to give me a copy to me.
My salary is $1800. Basic $1300 + $500 allowance. this is trick playing by my boss. I'll received $1800 monthly no matter I work overtime or not. this all include in my allowance.
If I pay the compensation, I need to pay $1300 x3 or $1800 x3?
I not even know what rules and regulations in the contract I signed.
Anyway for me to not paid any compensation for my boss?
Please reply asap and sorry for my poor english.

So what wouldbyou tell the HR people when you are applying for another job? You quit because you were given jobs not in your job description.
Mate. Face the realities of life. Your boss is probably looking for things for you to do because there is not a lot of jobs described in your jd for you to do.

Company needs to pay a min salary of $2500 to get an employee on EP. So if you are not getting that much check your pass again, else read your contract and see if there is any missing amount (perhaps superannuation, SRS, CPF etc)
The employer can ask you to do anything they ask, that is not illegal/unethical/immoral. If you are on a work-permit, then yes, the workpermit is linked to a specific occupation. Eg: A construction worker brought in on a work-permit cannot work as a cooking assistant in a restaurant. An EP holder who is to do an IT job can be asked to double up as a watchman also. Check your contract for the details of your duties. Unless it is clearly stated that you are to do only x and y, you do not have a case against the employer.
As to breaking out of your contract, I think your best option is to get your employer to fire you for incompetence. Else you need to pay the 3 months salary. the exact amount will depend upon the wording in your contract.
i don't understand how you signed the contract without knowing the terms and conditions. If additional terms were included in your contract, perhaps you might have a case against the employer, but be warned that litigation is singapore is a very expensive process. It may be cheaper just to pay off your employer and terminate the contract.
