Try the kitchen equipment shop in Chinatown. It's on one of the streets running off North Bridge Road. Maybe Smith Street or Temple Street. All sorts of kitchen stuff there.

... seen them here but you can get them on Amazon.  Unlike some people, I have absolutely no trouble with getting stuff from Amazon sent to Singapore (and in quick time too).
