I'm sorry I don't recall which counter. I do know I saw them as it reminded me of when I helped my friend make up little packs for her wedding favours.

Got them today for $7 per 100g. The shop is called "Fadina (the touch of middle east)" and it's at the Takashimaya Food Hall, sort of in the middle. Not far from Godiva chocolates.
I only needed 100 almonds (this equalled 388g) and the cost was $27.
They have an
amazing array of colours
- over 20 to choose from - from the classic pastels to bold rich dark shades. The only thing that could make it better is if they had silver and gold.
I also confirmed that Hediard in Tanglin has them. On the phone I think they said they charge about $20 for 130g (pre-packaged), or $49 for 500g.
