Drove past Ulu Pandan today. The school that was called Raffles something- or- other, then Excelsior, then Emaar is now Nexus International School! (Some of those names may be slightly inaccurate, but you get the idea...) What's going on? Is it new owners but same admin staff? Seems odd, and confusing to me. I like their new paint color scheme though.

This school does seem to have had it's share of problems and bad press in the past.  Maybe a new owner will be an improvement  Undecided

This school was built in the early/mid 70s specially as the Singapore American School. It became the Australian International School in the late 90s. The Aussies moved out in the mid 2000s and since then the school has changed hands several times as alluded to in the previous posts. The school building itself has not changed much over the years. Had a walk around the school some time last year. Ahh.....great memories.
I was in the SAS from '77 to '80.
