Why are agents still convinced that propoerty will keep on rising ?

How high can it go though , its already out of reach for most people.

Because they get a % of the sales price.  Higher price = more money in their pockets.  Any sale is better than no sale.

Thus..."don't miss the boat!  snap it up now!  lots of upside!  will sure double in one year!"

Landlords are possibly a bit more realistic.  Friend looking for condo to rent was offered lower rent if she signed for 3 years.

I think I shall hold off a little before buying any property to see how it goes.  I am not bothered about missing any boats or snapping up property.
