anyone know if the bike rental companies on pulau ubin offer any bikes with child carriers?

some of them do - just go and ask.  You could also take the pram with a bike lock, leave it locked up by the jetty somewhere and if all the baby seat bikes have been rented out, you can walk instead - you can still have a nice time walking, especially if you go during a weekday when it is quiet.

I always took my own bike with baby seat on the boat because the ones on the island are not always that nice or well maintained!
