Are there any forums where expat mums can share their experiences?  I've only seen singaporean ones

I couldn't disagree more. Singaporean women have hugely different ideas about pregnancy, childbirth and child rearing. I'm not saying their ideas are any less worthy, but they are very different.

Probably best to try the "international mums" section of a site in your home country.

I used the UK forums when I was pregnant although of course the medical practices are different. The women there were insanely jealous that I had a scan every time I saw the doctor!

It's interesting to read some of the local forums just out of curiosity and also because you will read things about the local hospitals, doctors, where to buy things etc.
