Hi everyone
apologies if this condo has been mentioned but can anyone shed light on why roughly 8 units out of a possible 20 are for sale? I've been on the urban development site to see transaction figures etc but need some quick and expert advice on possible enbloc either side and the ups and downs to living there.
Thanks in advance  Smiley

think as a land parcel it is attractive to developers either. If it was, someone would have bought it and knocked it down years ago

I drive past this everyday.  It looks old but I've heard that the individual units are quite large.  With the MRT opening at Haw par Villas on 2 October and about 5 bus routes on Pasir Panjang Rd., the communications are very good.  There are no shops within short walking distance, other than the 7/11 in the Shell garage and there is a supermarket if you walk up the slope through the Science Park II.  Otherwise, you should drive / catch a bus to West Coast Plaza which has a CS and, opposite of which, there is a wet market. Food court type lunches are available at every building on Science Park II and also in the university.

you are so obviously an agent as you have waffled on about all the conveniences without answering  the OP question

I viewed a couple of units there over the years and yes, they are a good size and some have had decent renovations, although I thought some of the rooms sizes and shapes a bit odd.
As it is built into the hillside and there has been so much construction around I would be concerned about subsidence.
