I will be moving to Singapore next year and am hoping there is a waterski course close in Singapore or close. Does anyone know of a waterski course and/or the closest high quality waterskiing available? Thx

Cheesy  Hi, the cheapest place to learn water skiing or wake boarding would be Ski 360 in East coast park.  Instead being towed behind a boat burning petrol, you're towed by over head cable around a large lake.  Google them, have regular classes

There are wakeboard places in the north at Punggol or Raffles Marina. The water can get a bit 'textured' at times and the popular places get a bit crowded, but it's still good fun

The best place to waterski is at Bedok Reservoir.
Search for Extreme Sports & Marketing.

It's true you can ski at Ski360 but it's cable not boat.

Punggol gets very busy with wakeboarders who often get in each others way.
Raffles Marina is OK but again better for wakeboarders and wakeskaters.
Bedok has slalom buoys set and the coach is very good.

There is also a great place at Putrajaya in Malaysia.
Search for Malaysia Waterski.
The coach here is also very good.
