Does anyone know which of the international schools do Christmas/seasonal fairs in the next few months. The sort of thing where you can buy handmade stuff for gifts. Thanks

The German European School of Singapore has a big 2-day fair.  You might have to check their website though you could call them as well.

Don't quote me, but I did hear UWC are producing a new musical based on the school anthem "We Are The World".

The gift shop staff are excited and have acquired limited stocks of finger cymbals for sale only to UWC'ers and Believers, with Tibetan Tingsha for sale to the disillusioned, unemployed Old Boys and Girls and the proletariat.  Kiss

Most of the hotels like Orchard  Hotel, Hyatt etc host these seasonal fancy Fayres (google is your friend)  as well as the international schools. Stall holders tend to be the same wherever you go.
