Take Kiwis, Frogs, Dragons and Wallabies. Throw in a bit of historical rivalry to spice things up, add pressure, and hey presto! - a feast of nourishing rugby goodness.

Enjoy with your favorite tipple. This is a dish that will go with just about anything except sour grapes (see Bitter Springbok Stew recipe).

Semi finals, the world awaits
Keen to see their favourites fate

Aussies and Kiwis, the game's afoot!
But who will have a trusty boot?

The Welsh and Frogs will battle join
Time for all to gird their loins

The times has come for heroes to shine
While supporters cheer, sup beer and wine

Will the hakka raise the aussie ire?
Will the frogs put out the dragon's fire?

Time to say "Good luck to all"
In the game for men - with odd-shaped balls
