I have 2 children who were fussy eaters and now they're teenagers they're better but still not veg lovers.  However, I have discovered that the trick is to not do anything special for them, just serve up whatever everyone else is having and if they don't eat it they don't get dinner.

One of ours wouldn't eat anything like curry so she just had the rice and a couple of poppadoms and then she moved on to the sauce without any lumps in and now she eats it all.

They still don't like veg apart from carrots but I started boiling the carrots and chucking a few peas in at the last minute and they then started eating those too because they became the norm.  If we were having broccoli or asparagus, I'd stick one small bit on their plates and after a few moans they ate it first to get it over with.

If it's pasta, put the sauce on the side and he'll probably eat the pasta and leave the sauce but maybe gradually start eating the sauce as he gets older.

These things take time - it could be 5 years before he's eating a decent variety of food but don't get into the trap of cooking separate meals all the time, just give whatever you're having and he'll start picking out the bits he decides he does like.
