I would like to start an informal survey to find out how much everyone is paying their rent. It might add some perspectives on whether the rent is going up or heading down. Please include the following information:

Hi,

I have just left Singapore but for what it may be worth, here is what I can contribute.

When you signed the contact: October 2010
Is this a renewal or new contract?: Renewal
Location: East Coast
Condo name: The Bayshore
Original rent in 2009: 2750 SGD
Rent starting 2010: 3200 SGD
Asking price now (I spoke with potential tenants): 3600 SGD
