all in the family or try googling the counselling place on beach road. Have several people there all working in different fields, can read their creds online
Good luck to you

Yup, I second that. Not recommended at all. I have since heard there is a husband and wife team that are meant to be good. I forget their name. I want to say goslings, but maybe that's not right. Perhaps someone else will know. I would also recommend trying the American Association. They are meant to have good expat counsellors. Good luck, OP.

Never stop talking. When it's tempting to quit, don't, take a breather and then go back to talking. It's all about understanding the other person.
Once you get through this, you're rock-solid.

much easier said than done. it takes 2 willing parties, to want to talk. it is also hard not to be defensive. if one shuts down or puts up a wall, the other one is talking to air or seen as being a nag.

Not knowing the circumstances of the OP, any advice is pointless. For eg. It takes 2 to make a marriage. If one party doesn't want to remain, you can't compel a person to stay. Yes, go for counselling, maybe some hidden reasons can be revealed but after all that has been said and done, if that person still wants to leave, there's nothing one can do.

it's also graceful knowing when to let go and not flog a dead horse.

it's also graceful knowing when to let go and not flog a dead horse. There's talk of counseling. Ergo, both parties want to work at it. Yes, communicating is easier said than done. Giving up the marriage is easier still. The anger will subside, it always does. Start afresh, keep it simple, build, nurture, appreciate. Good luck.

You can try Sacac Counseling. I think their office is at the American Club. I am not sure if they are affiliated with the American Association.
