Hi can u pls help me giving some solution, i came to Singapore last yr December 2010 den i applied for LTV which got approved for one yr which is valid till feb 2012.I am being searching for job since start of 2010 but i am unable to get a job reason being i am on LTV ,my husband is already a PR from last 3 yrs hence i applied for PR in month of May but its Dec start i still have not rcvd any letter from govt about approval or rejection of PR i want to know weather i can apply for  or any other pass or visa which can help me to get a job and i can work here.

And is it true that the minimum salary criteria to apply for an EP would be only if the salary is more den S$3500 for an employer

Multiple classifications of EP exist, at least one with less than 3500 per month.  I believe they are increasing on Jan 1.  Google Ministry of Manpower and look at the options.  Worst case scenario, engage a solicitor to assist you with your PR application.
