How mini do they have to be? Playmobil does little fairies. Or are you looking for something with more realism?

Thank you... I was looking at 1/2 inch plaster of Paris types, but will keep the Playmobil option in mind (Santa is starting to get desperate!)

looked in basement one of Takishamaya?  Just down from the towels and linen they seem to had a load of tat for sale...i'm sure you will find something there.
