I think its clear, based current economic problems, the two most corrupt countries are UK and USA.
The quality of life is consistent with smaller populations which gives a greater sense of community, however population per unit land mass is the relevant indicator.
Whilst Singapore is densely populated, it is quite unique.
Sweden however, has also suffered massive immigration but the immigrants are not integrating, being Middle Eastern and muslim, and ghettos are now established. Denmark too.

I just glance read that in one first world country in their annual count, 1 out of their 5 womenfolk either get raped or faced being raped  I know for a fact that it is less safe to walk in the streets of some of these first world countries. I know for a fact that I can casually pick up a woman in a drunken joint in most so called first world countries. I know for a fact that the monetary institutions and systems in first world countries are being overran by people of questionable characters. I know for a fact that the moral decadence in first world countries is beyond repair. In philosophical, theological, or moral discussions, corruption is defined as spiritual or moral impurity or deviation from an ideal. In economy, corruption is payment for services or material which the recipient is not due, under law......quoting Wikipedia. I cannot imagine the people of first world "least corrupt" countries continuing in their enjoyment in the afterlife based on their performance records in this earthly life. I cannot imagine the beautiful poor people of Somalia and Afghanistan continue living in the afterlife in hell after sampling their hellish time on earth. So much for this discussion on corruption.
